Inauguration of Model Schools by CM
On 22nd June, AP Model Schools were inaugurated by the CM Kiran Kumar Reddy at HICC, Hitex,Hyd
All the selected Principals and PGTs in I Phase attended the Orientation programme.
A Few classes were given by resource persons.
The CM and the Primary Education Minister Sailajanath addressed the gathering.
Mrs.Usha rani Director of School Education said the following points openly to all the gathering at the end of the programme.
1. Recruitment of TGTs will be delayed for one more month.
2. Its purely Govt job.
3. PRC will be applied for sure.
4. Salary will not be from treasury(010 account). Will be from MSO society.
5. PGTs are also supposed to take classes of 6-8. Until TGTs' recruitment only PGTs have to take all the classes.
6. Class work can be started from 24th or 25th.
7. It will take 2 months time to get the furniture. Until then with an amount of 2 lakhs released to the principal, He/She can purchase the basic furniture required to the Staff.
8. To the schools with out Principal, Senior PGT based on date of Birth will act as In charge principal
9. Coming to Non Teaching Staff, Collectors were given directions to recruit Computer operator, Attender cum sweeper and Night watchman cum sweeper immediately
10. In service teachers who have completed the probationary period can join these posts on lien for three years and can go back if they don't like the model school post. But the 2012 DSC Candidates will not be given lien and they should get relieving from their DEOs.
11. All the staff will receive the service rules with in one month.
12. If PGTs don't report their joining to the principals of their allotted schools in the given time, next PGTs candidates in their place will be given appointments.
13. No pay protection or service will be given to in service teachers.
As per the manual given in the inauguration the school timings are from 9-30 to 4-40 with a 45 minute lunch break.
She promised the best treatment to the staff of model schools.

My first experience as PGT
I thank all the people who directly or indirectly helped me in getting the post of PGT English from Zone 3.
Name of the school that I have been appointed is Nekaikallu Model School in Guntur Dt which is first preference.
I reported my Joining to the principal on 15th June and submitted the documents. She immediately intimated my joining to the RMSA, Hyd.
She is very gentle and I feel that I'll have very good professional atmosphere.
The construction of School building is 100% completed.
The school received around 700 applications and parents have been eagerly awaiting admissions.

1. App.ord is as per the Service rules of A.P. Secondary Education Society (Regd.)
2.That the appointment is surely temporary subjected to the outcome of SLP 14955/2013 filed b4 the Hon’ble Supreme Court of india or any other cases pending b4 any court of law.
3. That this appointment is purely adhoc.
4. No pay protection shall be allowed for any earlier service shown.
5. If the certificates furnished by the candidate in reps. of qualifications, 2lvls e/m, local area, caste, phc etc. are found 2b non-genuine, bogus, etc the selection will b cancelled in addition to initiating criminal case against the individual.
6. That he/she should join duty within a period of 15days from the date of receipt of app.ord, failing which his/her app.wil b cancelled without any further notice.
7. That he/she shall b on probation in the post of pgt for a period two years from the date of joining duty. Declaration of probation shall b sub to the satisfactory service put in by the incumbent as per A.P. State & subordinate service rules 1996.
8. That he/she should pass TELUGU LANGUAGE TEST prescribed as per S.S.S.rules 1996, AP.
9. That he/she shall submit all the original cert. to the RJDSE and produce the copy of acknowledgement to the principal concerned at the time of joining.
10. That he/she submit an ‘undertaking’ that he/she shall abide to the conditions stipulated in the app.ord.
11. He/she is directed to report to the Principal of the concerned school n the principal is requested 2 recieve physical fitness cert issued by not below the rank of Civil Surgeon in the prescribed pro forma b4 admitting the candidate and if any discrepancy noticed, it may be intimated 2 b undersigned immediately.
12. The app. is sub to verification of antecedents from the concerned authorities.
13. The principal is requested to intimate the date of joining of the individual to the Additional Director, Model Schools, AP, HYD. To email:apms.staff@gmail.com
