As we all know that names of some candidates are in Provisional Selection lists of DSC-2012 but got their names deleted in the final selection list of DSC-2012. The reason can be understood from the following tables of selection procedure followed by recruiting authorities. Initially the selection committees prepared the selection list based on the pattern followed in the Table 1. But there was a GO that selection list is to be drawn based on the pattern shown in the table 2. Then before drawing the Final Selection List, the selection committees sought clarification from the Govt and followed the procedure in the Table 2 which resulted deletion of some candidates' names in the final list.
For Ex,
If 6 posts are in OC Local/Non Local (30%)
the first 6 ranks are filled in this OC Local/Non Local (30%) category irrespective of Zone/Caste/Gender etc.
If the 7th ranker is BC/SC/ST
as per the 1st Procedure, the 7th ranker is filled under OC Local (70%) category, but
as per the 2nd Procedure, the 7th ranker is filled under BC/SC/ST Local/Non Local (30%) category first.
It is heard that the procedure in the Table 2 is followed for Model school Teachers' Recruitment.
